There are two major ways of making your body sweaty and healthy – to go running
or hit the gym.
But did you know that running is more fun than
hitting the gym? Here’s why:
1. More adventure.
You can choose to run in a running field, in a parking lot of a mall, in the
park, at the side of the street, and the like. It’s more of an outdoor
adventure.
2. Builds
endurance and fitness. Running can make a person release the kind of
endorphins which can uplift their minds and build endurance.
3. Saves a
lot of money. It’s obvious that running is free while hitting a gym can
cost a lot of penny.
4. Euphoric.
When you go running, sometimes it is overwhelming to run fast and fun as far as
you can.
