One of the most important sense organ is our eyes. It gives us the way to glance at all things around the world and a key to have perception. There are some tips on how to take care and sharpen our vision:
1. Eyes Relaxation. Maintain a 6-8 hours of sleep. It is the time that eyes could rest and recharge.
2. Eat Right. Our eyes needs vitamins and minerals such as dark leafy greens, sweet potatoes, carrots, egg yolks, squash and yellow peppers.
3. Toxins Alert. If not avoidable, refrain exposing your eyes to heat, insufficient light while reading, it will strain them, opening your eyes to the place with hydro chloride like swimming pool and to a dusty place to avoid irritation.
4. Eye Movement Exercise. Roll your eyes in the morning regularly, massage your temple once in a day, focusing your eyes and take a nap during lunch breaks.
