Basically, he was born with three blue eyes, two faces, two mouths and two noses but only one esophagus. Commonly, most Janus cats have congenital defects and rarely survive.
Frank and Louie died at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University in North Grafton on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the age of 15. According to the owner of the Janus cat, the veterinarians think that cancer was the cause of death of their pet.
